RepTrack Privacy Policy

RepTrack (“RepTrack: Rep Counter”) is designed from the ground up to respect your privacy. Everything runs 100% on-device.

  1. Zero Data Collection

RepTrack collects zero personal data.

  • No account creation or registration is required.
  • No user identity, email, name, or phone number is collected by the app.
  • No tracking technologies, telemetry, analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting libraries are embedded in the app.
  • No advertising networks or third-party marketing SDKs are used.
  1. Camera Usage & Vision Processing

RepTrack uses your iPhone’s front-facing camera solely for real-time exercise rep counting and posture feedback.

  • On-Device Only: Camera frames are analyzed entirely on your device in real time using Apple’s Vision framework (Human Body Pose Detection).
  • Zero Recording & Zero Transmission: Frames are processed in transient memory and immediately discarded. Video is never recorded, never written to disk, and never transmitted across the network.
  • Offline Operation: RepTrack has no network-calling code and operates fully in Airplane Mode.
  1. Data Stored on Your Device

All workout history and configuration data remain strictly on your iPhone:

  • Workout Logs: Exercise types, rep counts, hold times, calculated form scores, timestamps, and optional notes are stored locally using Apple’s SwiftData framework.
  • User Preferences: Voice coaching settings and daily targets are saved locally on your device.
  • Backups: Your data is only included in your standard encrypted iCloud or iTunes device backups if you have device backups enabled.
  • Data Export & Deletion: You can export your entire workout log to a CSV file at any time. Deleting the app permanently deletes all stored data.
  1. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Because RepTrack does not collect, store, or transmit your data to any servers, we do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

  1. Children’s Privacy

RepTrack does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
