⚠️ Crucial Storage Notice

We do not save any kind of data in external databases or cloud servers.
This app is designed for offline, on-device use. All data (business profiles, invoices, inventory lists, and task checklists) is stored locally inside your phone’s sandboxed storage. If you uninstall this app or reset your device, all your data will be permanently erased.

1. Offline Storage Commitment

billinvoice is a fully offline, self-contained productivity tool. All business profiles, invoices, inventory items, calendar events, and task checklists are stored exclusively in your device’s local encrypted sandbox storage.

2. Zero External Databases & No Data Collection

We do not run any cloud servers, databases, or online synchronization. No personal data, client lists, billing amounts, tax IDs, contact numbers, or tasks are transmitted, uploaded, or shared with us or any third parties.

  • We do not collect personal identification information.
  • We do not track your location.
  • We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs that harvest user behavior.

3. Data Retention & Uninstallation

Because your data resides entirely on your physical phone, uninstalling the billinvoice application will permanently erase all data. We do not maintain any backup databases or recovery portals to restore your information once deleted. We strongly recommend regularly saving or exporting your generated PDF invoices and reports to external secure storage.

4. Local Device Security

Since all information is saved on your device, the security of your data depends on your physical device security. We recommend securing your phone with a device passcode, fingerprint (Touch ID), or Face ID to prevent unauthorized physical access.

5. Sharing Features

The application generates invoice files locally in standard PDF format. Any sharing actions (e.g., printing or sending PDFs via messaging apps such as WhatsApp, email, or Bluetooth) are initiated and controlled entirely by you using your device’s native system sharing sheet.

6. Permissions Used

The app may request the following permissions solely for on-device features:

  • Storage / Photos / Media: Required only if you choose to attach business logos or product photos from your photo library.
  • Internet / Network State: Used only if you choose to share invoices via external apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Email) via standard OS share sheets.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the application and reflected in this document with an updated “Last Updated” date.
